Role Focus: This is a design sales position focused on lead generation, space planning, material selection, and project closing. You'll work collaboratively with our in-house design and construction teams, who handle the technical drawings and execution. What We Offer: * Competitive base salary with lucrative commission structure * Comprehensive benefits package * Established showroom in Chagrin Falls * Strong support team including certified designers and master craftsmen * Advanced design tools and resources Daily Responsibilities: * Create accurate scope of work and accurate estimates for small to large renovations * Generate and nurture leads through networking and relationship building * Conduct initial client consultations * Create innovative space plans,material selections, and estimates with 97% accuracy * Present designs and proposals to clients * Collaborate with our design team on project development * Manage client relationships throughout the sales process * Close sales and transition projects to our execution team Ideal Experience: * 8+ years in kitchen and bath design sales and remodeling projects * Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals * Experience working with high-end residential clients * Background in luxury product sales * NKBA certification preferred Compensation: * Full benefits package * Performance bonuses
