The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Study property listings and stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation impacting the real estate industry. * Meet with prospective clients to solicit property listings and understand their real estate needs. * Conduct property tours for potential buyers and tenants, quoting prices, highlighting features, and explaining the terms of sale or lease agreements. * Draft and review real estate contracts, including deeds, leases, and mortgages, while negotiating terms and assisting clients in obtaining financing. * Provide guidance and support to clients regarding additional services such as maintenance, repairs, appraisals, and financial options. * Capture and compile property images and measurements for promotional materials, including advertisements and brochures. * Inspect properties to assess necessary repairs and notify property owners accordingly. * Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and professionalism. Job Qualifications: * Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. * Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a related field preferred. * Licenses/Certifications: A valid state-specific real estate license is required.
