Looking for an exciting new job opportunity? Come help us bring the Pronto brand directly to our car dealership partners as an inside Sales Rep! No Experience Needed! As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be selling a better way of doing things, a partnership with each dealership--customer service at its highest level. These sales are not about one and done; they're about growing the relationship with each dealership to gain continued business from them. In this role, you will build the relationship between the dealership and Pronto Finance. You will teach them about our processes, and educate them on what makes Pronto so special. Responsibilities: * Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets * Develop Relationships with Dealerships * Work to Meet Departmental Goals Daily * Follow up on approved applications that have not been contracted * Follow up on contracts that have missing stipulations * Work with both existing and new dealers * Entrench the relationship with existing and new dealers * Rehash counter offers and declines directly with dealers * Ensure dealers experience excellent customer service from all departments Requirements: * Explain deal structures and procedures clearly * Articulate thorough knowledge of the underwriting process * Be assertive and confident when meeting with dealerships * Communicate and present oneself in a professional manner * Be self-motivated and work independently to meet or exceed department goals We empower our employees to excel in their current position with room for advancement within our company.
