: We are a fast-growing Merchant Cash Advance office seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, and assisting in daily office operations. Strong communication skills are essential, and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Send follow-up emails and maintain communication logs
• Assist with general office duties and client onboarding
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
• Use basic computer applications (email, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
