We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our continued growth. You will be assigned to grow our business in the Private Schools and College Markets throughout Northern California to maximize sales and client satisfaction while providing highly valued solutions to customers. If you have at least 2 years of a successful record in sales, consider joining our team! Compensation : Commissions and bonuses are uncapped and have ability for rapid growth!! Hardworking and successful BDMs can make over $80K per year. We have seen BDMs who have nourished their leads to earn over $100K in their second year. Responsibilities : * Maintain great relationship with existing customers and provide first class customer service. * Always pursue new customers! * Leverage our successful techniques around call plans and customer follow-up strategies. * Meet clients and articulate strong value propositions, including presentations to senior executives. * Leverage and update our comprehensive Salesforce database * Exhibit at trade shows. Required Skills : * Prior B2B outside sales, preferably within the Private Schools, Colleges or Service Industries. * Motivated individual who is able to learn quickly and to be a self-starter. * Strategic thinker with strong communication skills. * Customer oriented individual with problem solving mindset and drive for results. * Able to take initiatives and ownership of assignments. * Superior time management skills to allow success in fast-paced environment. * Have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education : B.A. degree a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
