About the Role: As a Sales Professional at Sapphire, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycles from lead generation to close, and exceeding sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by working with customers like Interior Designers, Engineers, Landscape Architects, Pool Builders, Maintenance Managers, Event Professionals, etc. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels. Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, & reports to achieve revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Negotiate contracts, create estimates, and close deals. Manage sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets.
