Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to provide informed assistance. * Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. * Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features. * Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for transaction processing. * Knowledge of retail math principles for effective inventory management. * Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
