Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Generating insurance quotes. Work independently and as part of a team. Attend training and continuing education courses. Handle customer renewals. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
