Responsibilities * Assist experienced agents in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. * Collaborate with agents to conduct thorough policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage improvement. * Participate in product presentations to educate clients about available insurance options and their benefits. * Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation. * Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills
