We're looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Management Program. In this program, you'll have the chance to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12 months. In the Fast Track Management Program, you'll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you'll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing your own team of financial professionals. You'll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. * Eligibility requirements: * MBA completion within the previous 24 months, or Prior management experience * Preferred but not required to apply: * Life and Health License * FINRA registrations: Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 * Previous sales experience Compensation: $150,000+ commission based Responsibilities: * Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they're successful * Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals * Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs * Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement * Recruit business-minded & achievement-oriented individuals to help develop New York Life's presence in the San Diego community Qualifications: * Proven track record of sales success * Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field * Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills * 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department About Company Awards & Accolades. * A++ Superior (A.M.
