Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our technology solutions, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, particularly in the technology sector. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in technology sales. * Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on lead generation. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
