Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lot Technician professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our lot and facilities as well as pick up and drop off of customer vehicles. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various maintenance tasks while ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers and staff. Duties * Pick up and deliver commercial vehicles * Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. * Conduct minor vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing shocks and oil changes. * Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials. * Respond promptly to transportation requests. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. * Report any major repair needs to the appropriate personnel for further action. Qualifications * Previous experience in transportation. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. * Valid CDL * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards staff and customers. * Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary. * Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate facility requirements.
