REMOTE Position Based out of Utah* Scelzi Enterprises, Inc. - One of the largest truck body manufacturing companies in the USA -- is currently looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for our Utah & Wyoming Region. The Sales Representative will have knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. . Essential Functions/Position purpose Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Contact new and existing Dealers and Fleet/Municipal customers to discuss their needs, and to demonstrate how these needs could be met by specific products and services we offer. * Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. * Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. * Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. * Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. * Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit detailed orders for processing. * Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. * Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information. * Review and provide quote to customer bid-specs including technical details and exceptions * Extensive local travel with occasional out-of-state travel will be required. EXPERIENCE : Requires experience in all aspects of commercial truck sales. Previous truck body manufacturing equipment will be a plus. * sales: 3 years (Preferred) * outside sales: 2 years (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Remote Travel Extensive local travel with out-of-state travel will be required. Additional Eligibility Qualifications License is required Must pass pre-employment drug test, and physical.
