Sales Manager - Join Our Growing Team! Homewood Suites is under new management , and we're building a dynamic sales team to drive growth and success! We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality and a strong background in business development and outside sales. Hilton brand experience is highly preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and excel at building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while upholding company standards
• Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and analyze market trends
• Collaborate with marketing to align efforts for customer acquisition and brand growth
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality sales management , with a track record of exceeding targets
• Hilton brand experience highly preferred
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and team-building skills
• Strong background in outside sales and business development
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
