Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Territory Sales & Field Marketing Representative to join the Sano Gardens team. You'll be the face of Sano in your region-- activating accounts, building relationships, and driving sales through genuine connection and in-field execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the road, loves working directly with retail staff and customers, and is passionate about elevating the cannabis experience. Key Responsibilities: * Travel across assigned territory to activate new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and build brand presence. * Execute in-field marketing initiatives: pop-ups, vendor days, staff training, and consumer education events. * Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach. * Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and field insights. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sano Gardens products, brand standards, and compliance requirements. * Support in-store merchandising, display setups, and POS execution. * Ensure all activities are compliant with state and local regulations. What We 're Looking For: * Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or account management (cannabis industry preferred). * Confident, collaborative, and outgoing--comfortable building rapport with everyone from retail owners to budtenders. * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Passion for cannabis and commitment to responsible industry practices. * Must possess a valid MED Badge (Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division badge) or be able to obtain one prior to start. * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the state. Bonus Points: * Deep knowledge of cannabis products and retail landscape. * Experience in experiential marketing or brand ambassador roles. * Existing relationships with dispensary buyers and staff.
