Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for smart tech, audio/video systems, solar, and security solutions? LinkUs is looking for a Sales & System Designer to join our growing team in Rocklin, CA. In this hybrid role, you'll be both the client-facing sales consultant and the creative system designer--turning vision into reality. What You 'll Do: * Identify and pursue new residential and commercial sales opportunities * Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs and space * Design customized smart systems tailored to the client's goals and budget * Prepare and present professional proposals to close deals * Collaborate with purchasing and installation teams to ensure a smooth project flow * Follow up with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery * Stay up to date on new technologies in A/V, security, smart home, and solar What 's in It for You? * Starting Pay: $45,000 base + uncapped commissions * Company Vehicle + Fuel Card * Company Phone * Ownership Opportunity: Participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)--as the company grows, so do your shares! * Room to Grow: We support your professional development and long-term career success * Full Benefits Package: o Medical, Dental, Vision o Short- and Long-Term Disability o Life & AD&D Insurance o Critical Illness & Accident Plans o 401(k) + ESOP o Paid time off What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in technology, construction, or home systems) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Passion for smart home tech, solar energy, or AV systems * Basic understanding of system design principles (training provided!) * Self-motivated and organized with excellent follow-through * Comfortable working in homes, job sites, and occasionally in our Rocklin showroom * Ability to read blueprints and construction plans (a plus!)
