Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for smart tech, audio/video systems, solar, and security solutions? LinkUs is looking for a Sales & System Designer to join our growing team in Rocklin, CA. In this hybrid role, you'll be both the client-facing sales consultant and the creative system designer--turning vision into reality. What You 'll Do:

• Identify and pursue new residential and commercial sales opportunities
• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs and space
• Design customized smart systems tailored to the client's goals and budget
• Prepare and present professional proposals to close deals
• Collaborate with purchasing and installation teams to ensure a smooth project flow
• Follow up with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
• Stay up to date on new technologies in A/V, security, smart home, and solar What 's in It for You?
• Starting Pay: $45,000 base + uncapped commissions

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in technology, construction, or home systems)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for smart home tech, solar energy, or AV systems
• Basic understanding of system design principles (training provided!)
• Self-motivated and organized with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working in homes, job sites, and occasionally in our Rocklin showroom
