Responsibilities * Develop and implement catering sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. * Manage the entire catering process from initial client contact to event execution, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service throughout the planning and execution phases. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and vendors to create innovative menu options that meet client needs and preferences. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in B2B catering services. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective account management and tracking of sales performance. * Train and supervise catering staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence in service delivery. * Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
