We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales and Marketing Representative to join our fast-growing team! This is an entry level, field-based role focused on selling and merchandising products directly into Bodegas across the New York City area. If you love being on the move, building strong relationships and driving growth, this opportunity is for you. You'll be the face of our company, directly engaging with store owners and managers to promote and merchandise our line of products. Your mission is to meet or exceed sales targets by visiting assigned locations, developing strong client relationship and utilizing reporting tools provided to you. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: o Present, sell and merchandise products to Bodegas in New York City o Build, maintain and grow strong business relationships with store owners and managers. o Accurately track sales, leads and customer interactions using company- provided iPad and reporting tools o Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets - incentives apply! o Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new promotions. o Represent the company with a professional, confident, and assertive approach. o Manage time effectively to optimize daily routes and customer visits. EXPERIENCE: o Strong, outgoing and assertive personality with a passion for sales o Outside sales experience (especially in CPG) is a plus o Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. o Professional demeanor and a positive, go-getter attitude. o Comfortable using iPads and mobile reporting technology o Background check and valid driver's license required DIRECT REPORT The Sales and Marketing Representative will report to the Vice President of Inner-City Operations.
