As a part of our Sales and Customer Service team, no two days are ever the same! You are the front line for customer orders and sales via telephone, our retail location and trade shows. This position is responsible for telephone, retail and trade show product sales, processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, questions or complaints, seeking remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This position is located in Woodland, CA * _The shift for this role is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (with some rotating Saturdays)._ Pay range is $20.00 to $20.00 hour + performance based bonuses * Your Skills & Experience: You're right for this job if you: * Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people * Have bilingual communication skills with fluency in Russian or Ukraine * Are motivated to help and educate others. * Are comfortable in your computer skills (including using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook) and are using new Software and POS Systems. * Consider yourself energetic, action oriented and self-motivated. * Have a strong attention to detail, are a fast learner, organized and have good problem-solving skills. * Have had inside sales, retail or customer service experience (preferred). * Have knowledge of beekeeping or raising poultry (note- this isn't required but is a plus!) Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED.
