Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Remote Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (1099 Contractor) About the Role We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only, 1099 contractor basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, guiding potential clients through our solutions, and becoming a key voice for our products in the market. This is a fully commission-based role for the first 6 to 12 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position depending on performance and business needs. Ideal for someone who's self-motivated, goal- oriented, and thrives in a high-impact sales environment. Key Responsibilities * Drive new business by identifying and pursuing high-potential sales opportunities * Deliver tailored product demos and articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences * Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met throughout the sales cycle * Manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative, solution-based selling * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively * Keep accurate records of sales activity and client communications in our CRM system Qualifications * Demonstrated success in technical sales, business development, or similar roles * Strong ability to grasp technical product details quickly * Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills * Comfortable leading conversations with technical stakeholders and business decision-makers * Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot * Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing a commission-only sales cycle Compensation & Structure * 1099 contractor status for the first 6-12 months * Fully commission-based during this initial period * Opportunity to transition into a salaried role with performance-based incentives Why Join Us?
