About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and skilled Sales Engineer with experience selling to military and government agencies. This role is critical in driving our sales growth and establishing a stronger presence in this sector. With your background in RF engineering and technical sales, you will: * Leverage your expertise to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and R&D, to align our offerings with market demands. * Actively pursue new leads while strengthening relationships with existing clients. * Contribute to innovation by recommending new products and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: * Identify and pursue new clients who could benefit from our RF solutions. * Travel to meet potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present our solutions. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government agencies, contractors, and other key stakeholders. * Technical Sales: * Manage and interpret customer requirements to provide tailored solutions. * Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations. * Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Account Management & Collaboration: * Administer client accounts, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of solutions. * Work closely with technical support, engineering, and R&D teams to align customer needs with our product capabilities. * Marketing & Business Development: * Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events. * Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in technical sales, particularly with government agencies and military clients. * Strong understanding of RF technologies and their applications in defense and government sectors. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Must be a US Citizen. * Must have a US passport. * Must have held a security clearance within the past 5 years ( not required to be active) _Veterans preferred_
