What You Get To Do Every Day * Drive sales through client engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge * Provide a high level of service while navigating multiple customer journeys simultaneously * Educate clients on The RealReal's mission of sustainable fashion and business structure * Build brand loyalty by delivering a best in class customer experience * Outreach daily to existing customers to drive traffic into your retail store * Assist with opening and closing procedures * Support store daily tasks, such as replenishing supplies, replenishing merchandise and maintaining brand standards * Other duties as assigned What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: * 1+ year of experience working in retail sales * A positive, friendly demeanor with the ability to represent the TRR brand with integrity and professionalism at all times * Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the customer experience * Proven ability to excel in a metrics-based sales environment * Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results * Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills * Adaptability and openness to change * Receptiveness to feedback to improve performance * Ability to quickly learn and master new technological tools Preferred Requirements: * Previous luxury/consignment retail experience * Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce * Experience using Mac iOS operating system
