Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to warm calling potential clients, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in our sales strategy and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices. Skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
