Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will focus on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and selling our staffing services to businesses in need of CDL drivers and other workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the transportation, logistics, and related industries. Identify client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing or a related field. Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industries, especially CDL staffing needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
