Full description of the position

The Rental Customer Service Agent provides attentive, courteous service to understand the customer's travel needs, promote products and services and resolve issues. The Rental Customer Service Agent optimizes the rental experience by drafting rental agreements, selling extras based on the customer's needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work independently, multi task and utilize down time wisely. Rental Sales Agents will be evaluated and awarded incentives based on predetermined service and sales goals and standards. Available Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Required weekend shift

• SAT: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & SUN: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Job Type: Part-time
