• Lead Sales Tech Position
• This is 100% commission compensation and is a hybrid position with performing minor repairs and creating plumbing sales for the install team. If possible, bring any sales credentials or goals achieved. More details in your in person interview.

Job Summary

As a plumbing tech, you will be taking on smaller jobs such as repairing, replacing, presenting options, diagnosing plumbing systems and replacing plumbing fixtures. You will use equipment such as specialty plumbing tools, drills, sawzall, soil pipe cutter, basic hand tools and drain cleaning equipment. Ideal candidates must be able to properly diagnose plumbing issues for residential clients, and resolve those issues using professional techniques. Home Run Plumbing has an opening for a plumbing tech. We specialize in maintaining, servicing, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures for residential properties. Duties

• Diagnose and offer solutions to customers for plumbing related issues
• Unclog drains of all types for residential customers
• Light plumbing repairs for residential customers
• Ensure proper billing and daily documentation of activities
• Apply Health And Safety Standards
• Must be able to pull trailer with vehicle
• Will need to properly use and care for all company equipment
• Must have the ability to operate all necessary equipment
• Give options to customers to meet any of their needs
• Meet a minimum sales quota .

Qualifications

and Skills

• 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 85lbs+
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• A valid drivers license with good driving record is required
• Must keep equipment and vehicles clean and maintained
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must show up punctual and well groomed with clean company provided attire
• Sales experience is a plus
