About the Role - Sales Representative (Full-Time, Commission-Based) We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in and online customers with a friendly, helpful attitude * Learn and present detailed information about our vehicle inventory, warranties, and financing options * Build trust with customers through honest and informative conversations * Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email * Guide customers through the sales process, from test drive to close * Maintain accurate records in our CRM and dealership systems * Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer experiences * Assist in administrative duties and dealership operations as needed (This position pays commission. Top performers can earn well above average!)
