About the Role

- Sales Representative (Full-Time, Commission-Based) We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in the automotive industry. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and online customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Learn and present detailed information about our vehicle inventory, warranties, and financing options
• Build trust with customers through honest and informative conversations
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Guide customers through the sales process, from test drive to close
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and dealership systems
• Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Assist in administrative duties and dealership operations as needed (This position pays commission. Top performers can earn well above average!)

Qualifications

Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish (MUST) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (preferred, not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using dealership software and CRM tools Driven, outgoing, and ready to learn Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Why Join Us?
