Job description *Insurance - Sales Team Lead, Inside Sales -- Allstate Insurance This is a management position, including salary PLUS bonuses based on team results. Total compensation is at or above $80,000 if sales goals are achieved! If you have Inside Sales experience in insurance, this is the career you have been looking for! The Sales Team Lead will train, mentor guide and oversee the activities of the Sales Department. Responsibilities: * Trains, coaches and mentors regional and local sales professionals. * Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. * Handles other management duties in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities: * Provides leadership coaching for insurance sales employees (our inside sales team). * Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met. * Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. * Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. * Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams. * Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs. * Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies. * Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses. * Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * MUST have insurance experience, including Property & Casualty license * MUST have leadership experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent sales and customer service coaching skills. * Strong supervisory and leadership skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
