Check out the websites at [please apply online] and [please apply online] Responsibilities: * Proactively develop new business, concentrating on end-users, such as original equipment manufacturers, steel fabricators, and government agencies; * Strengthen existing customer knowledge and relationships to grow annual tonnage sales; * Provide quotations, enter orders, confirm orders and provide excellent customer service; * Organize and structure daily / weekly plans consistent with objectives, goals and sales targets; * Diligently master Company software applications; * Coordinate with other Company departments, including production and shipping; * Learn about marketplace competitors (strengths and weaknesses); * Identify and capitalized on new products and markets; * Promptly provide feedback to others regarding time sensitive information (such as pricing, dates, comments and credit) in person and via email, phone or text; * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities according to policy; and * Advance sales training through industry classes and workshops. Qualifications: Successful candidates will be highly skilled sales professionals with: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least three years selling physical products (or equivalent sales experience); * Professional sales training; * A strong work ethic; * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; and * A skillset incorporating great attention to detail and accuracy.
