About the Role

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through catering sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events. You'll work closely with clients to bring their vision to life while maximizing profitability for the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure catering business
• Build strong relationships with corporate, social, and wedding clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to event execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery
• Represent B Ocean Resort at industry events and networking functions
