We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Represent Simple Pest Management professionally by helping homeowners with their pest issues

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Able to perform with minimal supervision
• Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
• Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable internet if working remotely and smart phone (IOS preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries:
• Home security sales
• Satellite TV sales
• Pest Control sales
• Home Automization/Smarthome sales
• Direct sales
