Expressions Display & Flags is looking for a Full Time Customer-oriented Phone Sales Representative to Join our Team. Salary + Commissions / Bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Call Existing & New Customers to introduce our Company and Products
• Sell our Print Services
• Read and respond to emails
• Follow-up on Sales Leads, Quotes and Invoices
• Follow-up on orders for full customer satisfaction and additional orders
• Identify and contact potential Customers
• Assess customers' needs and Offer Solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal / customer service team call handling quotas
• Manage incoming calls Skills
• Winning Ambitious Attitude a Must!
• Proven B2B Phone Sales experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
