Job Description: The Sales Estimator is responsible for assessing reconstruction projects, preparing accurate estimates, and closing sales to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction. This role bridges the gap between initial project assessment and production, serving as a key point of contact for customers, adjusters, and internal teams. Responsibilities: Project Manager Estimator is responsible for estimating the reconstruction project, signing the job, and the day-to-day management of the project including by not limited to the following: Customer Service Communication Vendor Selection Material Procurement Permitting Scheduling Budgeting Financial Reporting Safety Compliance Quality Control Read and interpret residential and commercial blueprints. Estimate and Project Manage both Residential and Commercial properties. Work closely with Marketing and Sales. Work Closely with Operation and Contents division. Qualifications: 3-5 Years experience estimating and Project Managing restoration and construction jobs for residential and commercial properties. Experience with Xactimate, MICA, DASH, and Sales Force mandatory. IICRC Certifications in fire, smoke, water and mold. Highly Organized and meticulous attention to detail Experience with Insurance Companies and Adjusters Effective written and oral communication High school diploma/GED Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year including base compensation and bonuses.
