Account Trainee Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective customers within an assigned territory with the goal of enrolling them into new product and service plans. * Collaborate closely with our sales team to acquire comprehensive knowledge of our services, target markets, and sales methodologies. * Work in tandem with senior professionals to hone effective sales strategies, negotiation acumen, and relationship cultivation skills. * Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product/service enhancements. * Participate in robust sales training initiatives designed to refine your leadership and sales competencies. * Contribute to the development of sales training materials aimed at fostering team-wide growth. * Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations to prospective customers. * Undertake smaller-scale sales projects to cultivate management and leadership capabilities.
