Commercial Insurance Specialists in Tampa, FL is seeking a Commercial Property and Casualty Sales Producer to join our growing team. Candidate must be a 220 licensed agent. This position can be a 6 figure position and our commission pay at Commercial Insurance Specialists is above industry average. Candidate will be expected to grow and service an established book of business while developing and expanding relationships with current and prospective customers. Critical thinking with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely fashion. Commercial Property and Casualty Sales Producer Responsibilities: *Sales and servicing of clients *Resourceful in identification and assessment of client needs as well as ability to deliver favorable solutions *Team player with the ability to work well internally as well as with external carrier partners *Lead and direct service team to exceed customer expectations *Prioritization and a high sense of of urgency to respond to clients is a must Commercial Lines Sales ProducerSkills/Qualifications: *Experience with EPIC Software a plus *Must have at least 5 years of commercial lines experience in a sales and service capacity *Must have a 220 license *Ability to work independently *Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers *Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency *Detail orientated with strong organizational skills *Prioritization and a high sense of urgency to respond to clients is a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Epic: 1 year (Preferred) * Commercial Lines P&C: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * 220 License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Tampa, FL 33614 (Required) Work Location: In person
