Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will utilize tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track sales activities effectively. Responsibilities * Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach. * Conduct direct sales activities to promote our products and services to potential clients. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce. * Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to help shape future offerings. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or inside sales environment. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong skills in lead generation, business development, and sales management. * Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * A proactive approach to upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
