Location: Aventura, FL 33160 Job Type: Full-time 10am-6pm Work Location: In-person Training: Fully provided, 0 technical knowledge is needed. Pay: Performance/Commission based. 35%-50% of closed deals. - Average agent make $58,000-$125,000. - Top performing agents make north of $225,000. - There is no cap on commission, the better you perform the more you make. Compensation Structure Commission-only -- no salary cap, earn based on your results Top agents earn between $250,000 to over $1,000,000 annually Junior agents typically earn between $58,000 to $125,000 per year Uncapped commissions mean you control your paycheck Full training and daily coaching provided to help you succeed Who We're Looking For We're hiring individuals who: Self-driven Competitive Coachable Have a great attitude and strong work ethic Can communicate clearly and confidently on the phone Are excited about high commission opportunities Sales or finance experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary -- we will train the right people.
