Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, providing quotes and execute agreements. 1099 Commission based pay structure. Commissions paid in full upon contract and customer deposit - before installations. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and promote sales through effective upselling techniques. Your ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers will be essential to your success in this position. Responsibilities * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Elite Craft and our services, with a high level of customer engagement. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. * Providing bilingual support to customers is desired but not mandatory, for enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements * Previous experience in Roofing sales is preferred, but training is offered if you have any background in home services and/ or door-to-door sales. * Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
