About Us: The Disaster Company is a leading disaster restoration company dedicated to helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key contacts, customers, and promoting our services within the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, coupled with a desire to help others during challenging times. Position pay is negotiable based on experience. Sales Development: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach. o Develop an outreach program to build sales through our insurance preferred vendor programs, targeting insurance agents and adjusters. o Build key relationships to increase sales volume in our fire restoration segment. o Build a referral program through key vendors. o Expand relationships with property managers. o Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. o Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services. Marketing Strategy: o Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. o Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing. o Collaborate with external partners, including local businesses and insurance companies, to generate leads. * Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. o Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. o Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Reporting and Analysis: o Track and analyze sales metrics and marketing campaign activity and performance. o Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities and market trends. o Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). * 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel within the local area as needed.
