Business Development Representative Toledo, OH Nemsys LLC is currently searching for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Toledo, Ohio! This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for tech, an outgoing personality, and a desire to launch a career in sales or account management. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients--building relationships, identifying opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful conversations with our senior sales team. • Pay & Bonus Structure:
• Base salary: $38,000-$45,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Structure:
• Monthly bonus for qualified meetings and leads passed to sales
• Quarterly incentives tied to sales team performance
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starting at $60,000 in the first year Schedule:
• Monday - Friday
• 8AM - 5PM
• Occasional travel to customer locations The right candidate will have:
• A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• Previous customer service, inside sales, or retail experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
• Tech-savvy and curious about IT solutions (no deep knowledge required--just interest!) Our Business Development Representative will:
• Research and identify potential clients within our target markets
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, social media, and networking
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executives
• Manage and update lead information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging
• Represent the company at local events, chamber meetings, and networking functions
