About Us DULU Consulting is a leading provider of remote virtual assistant services tailored mostly to healthcare practices and other businesses. We specialize in delivering bilingual (Spanish and English) administrative and clinical support, helping organizations streamline their operations and enhance their efficiency. We're looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Virtual Services Account Representative to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our client base. Position Summary As a Virtual Services Account Representative , you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships by promoting DULU's remote virtual assistant services. You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with DULU's expertise. This is a fully remote, commission-based role, ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for business development and client engagement. Key Responsibilities * Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients, including medical practices, healthcare organizations, and businesses requiring virtual assistant support. * Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend DULU's virtual services as the ideal solution. * Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. * Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about DULU's suite of virtual assistant services and effectively communicate their value to clients. * Collaboration: Work closely with DULU's management team to align sales efforts with company goals and client onboarding processes. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Compensation This is a commission only-based position offering: * 10% commission on the initial sales invoice. * 2-3% residual commission for the duration of the client's active engagement with DULU.
