It currently has around twenty subsidiaries based in Europe and North America. Its brands are partners of the best international riders and at the forefront of technology. Join a dynamic team and build your international experience within a leading company in the horse riding industry. LIM is currently looking for a Sales Manager to develop sales in North America. Primary Objectives:
- Grow, develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Travel to recruit, manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Enhance the efficiency of company tools in daily sales activities

- Identify new business opportunities across North America and build strong relationships with clients
- Attend major horse shows to represent the company
- Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed performance reviews
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensure their growth and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal customer service
- Coordinate operational marketing activities to boost network development and increase brand exposure Travel
Requirements
: Approximately 70% travel within the US and Canada, including 10 Saturdays per year Location: Relocation may be required
Compensation
Package: - Package: $70,000 base pay in the first year, with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses - up to $40,000.
