Account Manager -- Manufacturing Industry Location: Layton, Utah (onsite) An established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join its team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and providing top- tier service through every stage of the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, including potential delays and resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams -- including production, logistics, and quality control -- to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve client issues quickly and professionally with a strong focus on solutions and service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through consistent communication and support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, order changes, and account status.

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, ideally within CPG, medical device or nutraceuticals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
