The Account Specialist takes a proactive, solutions-driven approach to customer success by identifying trends, anticipating needs, and resolving issues before they escalate. Responsible for managing a specific portfolio of customers, the specialist leverages insights from the Permit Hub to stay ahead of potential challenges, ensuring seamless experiences and long-term satisfaction. By initiating regular check-ins and collaborating with the administrative team, the specialist proactively identifies opportunities to improve service and enhance customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to identify potential issues and address them before they become problems
• Analyzing customer data and interactions to identify trends, patterns, and emerging needs
• Anticipating customer needs based on trends and offering proactive solutions to enhance their experience
• Collaborating closely with the administrative team to resolve any concerns and provide tailored support
• Managing a specific portfolio of customers, ensuring each receives personalized attention and proactive service
• Using the Permit Hub to track customer activity, predict potential roadblocks, and take action before issues arise

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and sales, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation and business development, particularly in B2B and technology sales.
• Familiarity with Hubspot and technical sales processes.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with warm calling.
• Administrative experience is essential for effective task management and support. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
