Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to play a key role in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will maintain and expand partnerships with resellers, along with prospecting and pursuing new leads, and ensuring communication and collaboration within the sales team. The Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, fostering relations with key stakeholders, and promoting the company through networking events and training sessions. Overview of Duties and Responsibilities: * Cultivate, grow, and maintain our strong relationships with our established reseller partners through in-person and digital communication * Conduct regular in-person check-ins with our partners * Identify and pursue new leads, generate new accounts focusing on the hospitality sector * Cold call prospective clients and initiate contact with tier one and tier two decision makers * Keep accurate records of all leads and interactions in Salesforce * Host group training sessions for new and existing partners focusing on education about Water Taxi to enhance partnerships success * Identify and actively participate in local networking events to generate new referral opportunities * Professionally represent Water Taxi of Fort Lauderdale in the local business community * Achieve and exceed sales targets in designated markets Knowledge and Skill Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience in hospitality and event management * Strong relationship building and negotiation skills * Excellent sales and customer service skills * Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Willingness to travel locally and attend evening or weekend events as needed * Regular local travel to meet with reseller partners and participate in networking opportunities Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred * Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or a similar role Join our team as a Sales Manager where you can make an impact by driving growth while fostering an environment of collaboration and success!
