While this is a contract-based position to start, our goal is to develop future leaders into full-time territory managers and sales directors. This is a 100% on-site role at our Alpharetta, GA office. Remote work is not available--no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Contact Qualified Leads: Engage prospects sourced by our marketing and outbound efforts.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Nurture leads until they make a first purchase--and beyond.
• Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to new businesses in the industry to build your pipeline. Who We 're Looking For:
• Recent grads or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills.
• A self-starter who's motivated to learn and grow fast.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and asking questions that uncover needs.
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups using CRM tools (training provided).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. What You'll Learn:
• B2B sales fundamentals
• CRM tools and pipeline management (e.g., Zoho CRM)
• How to handle product inquiries, recommend solutions, and close deals
• Industry-specific knowledge about fabric weights, fits, and client needs
