While this is a contract-based position to start, our goal is to develop future leaders into full-time territory managers and sales directors. This is a 100% on-site role at our Alpharetta, GA office. Remote work is not available--no exceptions.Key Responsibilities: * Contact Qualified Leads: Engage prospects sourced by our marketing and outbound efforts. * Sales & Client Acquisition: Nurture leads until they make a first purchase--and beyond. * Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to new businesses in the industry to build your pipeline. Who We 're Looking For: * Recent grads or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills. * A self-starter who's motivated to learn and grow fast. * Comfortable speaking with business owners and asking questions that uncover needs. * Organized and able to manage follow-ups using CRM tools (training provided). * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
