The Opportunity: We're seeking a relationship-driven Strategic Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Execution * Create customized proposals, pricing, and quotes tailored to customer needs * Collaborate with internal sales and cross-functional teams * Prepare reports, presentations, and support strategic initiatives * Work closely with production to ensure product quality and consistency * Keep accurate records within CRM/ERP systems Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development * Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new opportunities * Engage decision-makers and promote our products and capabilities * Build a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects * Focus on high-potential markets and customer segments * Support aligned marketing and sales campaigns Customer Relationship Management * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers * Track and document all customer interactions * Ensure timely communication and follow-up Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required * Sales or account management experience with a technical mindset * Must be able to work onsite (this is not a remote role) * Comfortable using measurement tools and reading blueprints * Proactive, solutions-oriented, and organized * Willing to complete pre-employment screening * Self-starter who also thrives in a team environment Preferred Skills * Experience in outbound prospecting or technical sales * Familiarity with metal products or engineered manufacturing solutions * Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems * Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes * Strong tech and Microsoft Office skills What We Offer * Competitive pay and profit-sharing * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, HSA, disability, and life insurance * 401(k) with company match * PTO and paid holidays * Career development and growth opportunities
