About the Role

: We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Lead Generators! This is an in-store position focused on building rapport and relationships with store leadership, floor staff, and customers. As a Lead Generator, you'll greet and initiate conversations with customers in-store to identify those who may benefit from our services. No experience with air conditioning is needed--your main role is to spark interest and capture quality leads, which will then be followed up by our comfort advisors.

Responsibilities

:

• Build relationships with in-store leadership and floor staff to support lead generation efforts.
• Approach and engage customers, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Initiate conversations to identify potential leads, without the need for technical knowledge.
• Collect and document lead information, ensuring it is complete and accurate.
• Stay positive and motivated, even when facing rejection, and keep a friendly demeanor with customers and staff.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in lead generation or a similar customer engagement role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet lead generation targets.
• Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection in a competitive environment.
