Services To Enhance Potential is looking for Sales Clerks to join our team! The STEP Thrift Stores are located in Southgate, Wayne, and Dearborn Heights, Michigan! Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Retail sales manager and other team members to achieve company goals - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in electronics sales or technical sales is preferred - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays - Fluency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate with customers - Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus As a Sales Clerk, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store while providing exceptional customer service.
